Downloading Videos from Likee and Kuaishou
Likee and Kuaishou are two of the largest short-video apps outside the more familiar Western platforms.
Two large but less familiar platforms
Likee and Kuaishou (also known as Kwai in some markets) are short-video platforms with massive user bases in parts of Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East, functioning similarly to TikTok.
Both platforms let public accounts generate a shareable link for any individual video.
Saving a video from either app
Open the video, tap Share, and copy the link — then paste it into a downloader that supports the platform. The output is a standard MP4 saved exactly as the creator uploaded it, watermark included, since that's part of the original file.
When a link won't work
Region-locked content or videos from private accounts won't resolve — try a different public link first to confirm the tool itself is working before assuming the video is inaccessible for another reason.
